GROM Veteran Owned
North Coast Tactical Solutions (“NCTS”) was founded by Zbigniew Radecki, a decorated GROM veteran, a renowned Polish Special Operations Forces operative with close to a decade of combat experience in warzones, including missions in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as private contractor in the Ukraine.
In recognition of his exceptional efforts, he was awarded “The Army Achievement Medal with ‘C’ Device”. Our team possesses expertise in counter-terrorism
land and sea Special Operations, extensive experience in international combat missions,, handling of high-risk VIP operations, and expertise in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD).
Mr. Radecki was personally responsible for the Firearms Manipulation training of
Bravo Squadron during the team’s deployment in Iraq and Afghanistan. Additionally,
between 2015 and 2022 he oversaw the shooting training process for the Bravo
Squadron’s 1st Group in Poland.

participants) organized and conducted by former GROM operators.

This training event addresses the needs of civilian clients willing to improve their skills, tactics, and resilience, to ensure they are well-prepared for modern warfare challenges. It builds on top of the Basic Rifle Course. NCTS extends this proposal towards candidates seeking group training (up to 18 participants) organized and conducted by former GROM operators.

Rifle Master
Course
NCTS offers the Rifle Master Course (RMC) for individuals, building on the curriculum of our group training programs (FRC, ARC, NVG, ANVG). The RMC focuses on intensive, personalized training to develop muscle memory for each pistol and rifle exercise. The course pace is tailored to the trainee’s skill level ensuring an effective learning experience and adequate skill progression.
